Question:
Well recently I've been putting the information from the ebook and the email into action on the Internet dating. And its working great the info you gave me is more valuable than gold, well platinum even, and ended up meeting this great girl good looking ( rated 9.5 on hot or not) and great personality she was getting hundreds upon hundreds of emails from guys but the knowledge from the book gave me the edge over everyone else that's how good the info is.
To all the guys on the mailing list can't stress how much you need this book to succeed with women ... you may have your doubts but put them aside this is the genuine article that will change your life you need this book!!!
I was raised under a man hating insidious feminist matriarchy that pretty much destroyed me I think I just about hit the bottom of the downward spiral I was never aloud to have any hobbies or interests to make the cognitive jump back up the spiral. man!! it was a living hell. Well I'm not going to gripe about the past anymore I'm here to change the future.
My confidence is very thin. the books help change many things around from being a total lowly butt monkey who didn't stand a chance with women back onto the right track to meeting some great girls. I still have a long way to go I need your help with boosting my confidence and self esteem. Could you give me tips on how to have loads of self confidence, self esteem and voice control and well any other tips that might help.
And a big thanks for taking the time to write the ebook and do the audio series it's completely changed my life.

Well, thanks for the vivid image there. Lowly Butt Monkey, huh. That's pretty interesting. At least you don't have to compete with the High-level Butt Monkey.
I understand that every guy has his own situation with respect to women. Yours is a difficult place to start because a man-hating childhood leaves a guy with a LOT of guilt and shame about women. When you are raised under this kind of situation, it will take some effort to remove some of this faulty programming.
Unfortunately, so many men are raised in this kind of environment ... and it's not necessarily at home. Today's "modern" and "progressive" society seems to have forgotten how men and women managed to get along and romance for THOUSANDS of years, and are now running around in complete gender confusion.
It's very sad, but something I'm working hard every day and every week to help get guys back on track.
It sounds like you've got a good portion of the understanding already under your belt from the e-books. As I like to say, knowledge leads to understanding, which leads to change, which leads to RESULTS.
If you'll pardon my riffing on a popular bumper sticker here:
"NO understanding, NO results. KNOW understanding - KNOW results!"
As for your question about confidence ... well, there's good news and bad news. The good news is that confidence CAN be built from next to nothing. You can take my word on this, because I was there. I had crappy self-confidence with women (it was actually a lot worse than crappy) and it showed in my abilities with women. I would go out with women all the time, but I had no clue what I was doing that was scaring them off. It took quite a while to overcome my self-imposed limitations and regain my Alpha Man status.
So there's the good news.
Now the bad news is that you asked such a general question that it's tough for me to be specific about what you can do.

But since I'm good at throwing out some generics, I'll give you a few pointers that will get you by.
1) Work on your own life.
Define yourself outside of the context of women. Take up hobbies that get you out into the world and interacting with others. Nothing establishes a man more as self-confident with a woman (and in reality) than self-development.
I know this will sound a bit like a cliche, but go out and take a few classes in something that interests you. Cooking is an excellent example. Women LOVE men who cook. (Especially since so few women are actually learning this skill anymore.)
The more you build yourself up, the more a woman will want to see what's inside.
2) Change your language.
I'll be willing to bet that you have a certain language that you use to interact with yourself in your mind and when you review your life. Most guys use a self-defeating word selection in their thought patterns. They use words that immediately limit their options and their feeling of empowerment, such as "losing," "rejection," and similar terms.
You have to recognize that your internal dialogue with yourself MUST change if you are going to start changing your behavior.
Remember, the familiarity breeds contempt. And unfortunately we are all most familiar with ourselves.
3) Change your look.
Get some new clothes (or at least some different ones.) Give yourself a make-over, like that show "Qu*eer Eye for the Straight Guy." If you lack fashion sense, get someone (preferably a woman) to help you out. This could be the most helpful and significant advice you EVER get, because we often cannot see the things about ourselves that others can.
Getting your look together - and KNOWING that it works - is one of the most validating and uplifting things you can do for your confidence.
Keep in mind that I cover internal game questions like this all the time on the Audio Coaching series, too. One of the most beneficial and positive influences on your attitude and confidence is the level of knowledge that you have to bring to the table. We are most afraid of the things we do not know enough about. And this is the easiest obstacle to remove.
