I listened to your Session 7 Audio program two days ago and then went out for my usual Friday night on the town. With your ideas and concepts clear in my mind I taked to a bunch of different women. It was tough at times because the music was so loud. But I did meet some interesting women. I number closed one of them with 'We might want to continue this conversation in the future'. She grabbed a pen off the bar and wrote her number down before I had the time to get my pen out of my pocket.
Works like magic...

mr xuma i had the mysfortane of stumbling upon ur little web site and i see that u are a self proclaimed "dating expert". amazing! funny how u have to hide behind a web site, with no kind of real contact info besides email, nothing about urself, not even a picture! looks like ur hiding somethign to me and any guy that bout ur crappy little books would be crazy!

Shall we take this one apart by the numbers?
1) Wow. I guess the THOUSANDS of guys I've helped with my book would have to disagree with you. Pity.
2) When you pass the first grade and learn how to spell, you'll have passed a major milestone in life. I'm rooting for you.
3) Hide behind my site? If I was hiding, I wouldn't HAVE a site. Dude, you're so lame you can't even insult me well.
4) TV? You get your view of the world from ... TV??? Oh, I understand now. Heheh. Sucker.
5) The only person qualified to give dating advice is a PH. D? Did you lose your crack pipe? Look under your moldy little futon.
The biggest crime is that this guy spent ALL THAT TIME on a negative email instead of taking the time to improve himself. That is the critical distinction between an Alpha Man that grows, and a man that sits at home alone, dissing those who are trying to help others.
You are truly an example of higher intelligence. It's been a privilege laughing at you.
For you guys reading this who DO get it, you can see that this is a situation where you don't even try to convert someone.
This is the same way you treat a woman who doesn't GET YOU. If she's not smart enough, move on quickly and happily.

Hey Carlos,
I've downloaded and repeatedly listened to every audio coaching session. Thanks for sharing your wisdom over the past year.
I am a complete novice in the kitchen and feel that cooking is a skill that I should improve. How do you feel about a man cooking for a woman?
How do women view men who can cook for them? Am I at a serious disadvantage because I don't know how to cook? What resources would you recommend that could help me learn how to cook?

Women LOVE it when a guy cooks.
And the best part is that he doesn't even have to be a GOOD cook. He can be totally lame in the kitchen and still earn great points.
But you know what, with all the resources out there now, you can cook up a great meal with just about ZERO skill.
Just go to sites like epicurious.com and find a few good recipes that aren't too complicated. You can make most of them with a simple batch of ingredients.
I've got a segment covering cooking coming up in January's audio coaching, but let me give you a few more pointers here:
First, make sure you know her tastes and diet. Some women are vegetarians or vegans (yes, there's a difference.) You don't want to sit down to a NY Strip meal and find out she only eats weeds, do you? That would put a damper on the romance.
Next, just go online and find a good recipe. There are literally MILLIONS of them out there, and so many that are easy. Choose something fairly easy to cook (like pasta or chicken) and you're on the way.
Get quality ingredients. Don't get frozen or canned corn. Make everything as fresh as you can get it.
Make sure also that you balance the meal out nicely. Have some veggies and some bread in there. Nothing will impress her more than a meal that is not only tasty, but healthy.
I know this sounds like your mom talking, but it will communicate immense capability from you if you follow these guidelines.
Think about it: When you cook for a woman you are demonstrating the most basic ability to PROVIDE.

That is a critical Alpha trait. That's something that will truly impress her.
And don't think that you need to be perfect with it. You don't have to go crazy and cook up a pheasant or something. If you can cook up something simple, that's good enough.
I remember a date where I offered to make pizza at HER place. So I made up some pizza dough (pretty brave for my first time) and brought it over. Her oven was whacked, so the dough never cooked the way it was supposed to, but I got an A for effort. (And a few after-dinner treats against the kitchen island.)
So you can even screw it up and totally score.
Oh, and the best thing you can do is to take a few basic classes at a culinary or cooking school. Not only will you meet a BUNCH OF WOMEN (hint hint...) but you'll learn the basics and your way around the kitchen.
Make sure that you do have a genuine DESIRE to cook, though. If you don't love the food, the food won't love you back. You have to really want to make a tasty meal.
Yes, there are a lot of skills that you need these days to pull in a quality woman.
You know that women are getting more and more picky about men, and they can sniff out inferior guys with just a whiff of your confidence.
And to stand out you MUST have the edge on the other guys out there. You need to be a REAL MAN, not this sissie-fied cartoon man that the media sells you.
